For lunch today we went to Pho Saigon to celebrate a job (inexpensively) and ordered the tofu noodle bowl. It was wonderful! I really liked mine with fresh lime juice squeezed over it. The plate shown has basil, bean sprouts, lime wedges, and chili slices. The bowl you see was a small--the large was big enough to feed two people and my spouse and I have already decided to share one next time we go. Great prices here, too. This bowl was $5.
