Beefless Tips and Veggies




I’m having a very late lunch today.  Nothing fancy, but still very tasty.  Gardein beefless tips, long green beans from the Oriental Market, red swiss chard, and bok choy.  In the first picture, I have just layed it all out on a plate.  In the second, I have added balsamic vinegar to all of the veggies and nutritional yeast to the chard and bok choy.
Now I’m going to go eat before it gets cold!
